Logo Design Love

This site is full of info and interesting commentary on logo and brand related design. Mirrored after a book by the same creator, David Airey, it has helpful advice for the novice designer as well as insights that a veteran creative can appreciate. I don't know if the book came first or the blog, but its one worth checking out.
